DueHub is a reminder and record-keeping app for the things you own and look after — vehicle servicing, appliance maintenance, document renewals, medication schedules and health checkups. It is operated by NeBite (contact.nebite@gmail.com).
This policy covers the DueHub mobile app only. The NeBite food ordering service has its own policy at nebite.com/privacy.
DueHub has no accounts, no servers and no analytics. Everything you enter stays in the app’s private storage on your own device. We cannot see your data, because it is never sent to us.
The only time your information leaves your phone is if you choose to back it up to your own Google Drive, or export a backup file yourself.
All of the following is held in the app’s private storage on your phone and nowhere else:
We are aware that medication and health records are sensitive. That is a significant reason the app has no server: information we never receive cannot be leaked, sold, or handed over.
Nothing. DueHub contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind. We receive no information about you or your use of the app, and we could not identify you as a user.
If you connect Google Drive, DueHub can back up your data to your own Google Drive account. The backup is not sent to us and we have no access to it.
You can disconnect at any time, and delete every backup from within the app (Settings → Automatic Google Drive backup → Delete all backups).
You can export a backup to a file at any time — this is free and always available, because your records belong to you.
Once you save or share that file, it is outside the app’s control. An exported backup contains your full records in readable form, including any health information and attached documents, so please store or share it accordingly.
If DueHub offers a paid upgrade, the purchase is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card details, billing address or any payment information. Google’s handling of that transaction is covered by its own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data — we do not hold any to share.
The only third parties involved are those you choose to use:
Because your data lives on your device, you control it completely:
We hold no copy of your data, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf and no deletion request to make.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act give you rights to access, correct, export and erase your personal data. In DueHub you can exercise all of these directly and immediately: the data is on your device, editable in the app, exportable as a file, and erasable by uninstalling.
Your data is held in the app’s private storage, which Android prevents other apps from reading. Communication with Google Drive uses HTTPS.
Two honest limitations worth knowing:
DueHub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Parents may of course use the app to track a child’s medications or appointments; that information stays on the parent’s device under this policy like any other record.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how your data is handled will also be noted in the app.
